Summary0009271: Yum creates temporary folders for the private repos abut does not always delete them
DescriptionIf you do a "yum update", yum creates temporary folders for all the private repos in the current directory, but does not always delete them. See this thread: https://www.clearos.com/clearfoundation/social/community/randomly-created-directories# [^]

It only happens in 6.7 and not 7.2. I have not been able to establish if yum creates them in a fixed location in 7.2 or does not create them at all.

They may be being left behind as one poster does not appear to be running as root (using the sudo command).

Can 6.7 be made to run the same as 7.x?
Steps To Reproducecd to folder and select the same folder in WinSCP. Run "yum update" from folder and continually refresh WinSCP. You can see the folders temporarily appear and disappear.

I am not sure of the steps to have the folders remain.
