Summary0001716: Upgrade Tiki from 12.0 to 12.2

* Tiki authentication via OpenLDAP is broken in 12.0, but fixed in 12.2, so can be tested when we upgrade.
* Since the DB schema changed a bit between 12.0 and 12.2, the following command needs to be run: php console.php database:update

This update will provide 12.2 on new installs but leave existing 12.0 deployments as is. We'll integrate a migration tool in a future release.

There's no plan to integrate OpenLDAP at this time.
